That is how the title reads from the latest advertising literature from Fayetteville State University.  A little while back I was hired to help capture  the advanced scientific side of FSU.  These images were to be used in a full color brochure of which parts can be seen below.  Disclaimer: On the scanned in brochure pages not every single image on every page is from me.  Some are from stock photography resources as well as other photographers.   I’ve included my images in their natural form so that they can be more easily viewed.
Trying to share one’s work without taking up a lot of time is essential in some cases.  I was thinking of a way to display a mini portfolio  in just a glimpse of an eye.  Below are two of the designs that came out of this thought process.
I’ve enjoyed this play every time I’ve had the chance to view it. There is a mix of comedy & drama coupled with a Jesus Christ centered message. Treat yourself to a night out on the town and include this play in your plans.

All I can say is that this was a fun shoot. Markus is a graduating senior of class 2011 from Riverside High School. He was fun to work with and he had some cool creative ideas for his portfolio. I wish him the best as he attends college and works towards his academic goals.
This past Saturday I had the chance to help capture the fashion show for Vogue Modeling Agency.  This entire set contains over 500 images so what you’re seeing here is just the tip of the iceberg. To view the majority of images I would suggest that you visit the full gallery and click on the photographs that catch your eye or watch the slideshow.
The other day I received an envelope from Fayetteville State University which contained the latest copy of their magazine.  When I looked at the cover it brought back some very good memories of when I was sent on assignment by FSU to capture their Alumni Ed Mitchell “Pitmaster” . He is the culinary guru behind the very sophisticated BBQ restaurant called “The Pit”.  All that I can say is that this is some of the best BBQ that I’ve tasted from a restaurant and everyone should try them out. If you look carefully at the images you will notice that this is an upscale classy restaurant that sells some good Q.  Below are some of the original photographs followed by a subset of the images used in their magazine.

As I worked my way around the restaurant Mr. Mitchell told me that I had to get a shot of his winery collection. Below is a vantage point that shows you how the customers can easily see the assortment of wine that can be ordered.
After the shoot was complete Mr. Mitchell provided me with this very delicious plate of perfectly cooked BBQ surrounded by tasty fixins. Instead of drinking the wine I went with good ole fashioned iced tea.
