The other day I received an envelope from Fayetteville State University which contained the latest copy of their magazine. Â When I looked at the cover it brought back some very good memories of when I wasÂ sent on assignment by FSU to capture their Alumni Ed Mitchell “Pitmaster” . He is the culinary guru behind the very sophisticated BBQ restaurant called “The Pit”. Â All that I can say is that this is some of the best BBQ that I’ve tasted from a restaurant and everyone should try them out. If you look carefully at the images you will notice that this is an upscale classy restaurant that sells some good Q. As I worked my way around the restaurant Mr. Mitchell told me that I had to get a shot of his winery collection. Below is a vantage point that shows you how the customers can easily see the assortment of wine that can be ordered.
After the shoot was complete Mr. Mitchell provided me with this very delicious plate of perfectly cooked BBQ surrounded by tasty fixins. Instead of drinking the wine I went with good ole fashioned iced tea.
